Our new topic in Geography is ‘Where do I live?’ We have been looking at and learning about the United Kingdom this week.

We had a fun and exciting science day. We made flying broom sticks and glass elevators.

We have been looking at 3D shapes and their properties in Maths

We used phonics Apps on Mr Hussain’s new interactive whiteboard

We looked at 2D shapes and their properties

We measured in metres using a metre stick and Trundle Wheels

We measured our feet and compared them as a class. 

We have been looking at Jack and the Beanstalk this week. We have been measuring the Giant's foot in Maths.

We had a go at hot seating we had to answer questions from our class pretending to be the dragon.

Forest school with Mrs Green we have been making patterns with shells in sand.

We made some spiders to write some instructions in Literacy. We have also been reading Arghhh Spider in Literacy!

A fun start to the year with bouncy castles! We had lots of fun.
