Please read the information below which gives details of our Pupil Premium Grant and how we allocate the funding.
The school has received £261,360 for 2015/16.
This goes towards the cost of 2.6 teachers and two teaching assistants salaries who work with Individuals or groups of children, carrying out different interventions such as reading, writing, maths and phonics.
This money is also used to subsidise events and visits so that all children are able to participate.
Monies have also been allocated to continue to buying in a creative Arts Teacher for 2 days a week and the employment of our full-time health mentor/Sports Coach.
We are also funding ‘Big Community’ who will monitor attendance; an extra Learning Mentor; a Speech and Language Therapist and a School nurse who will each visit school once a week.
